Core Activation / Stability Training

Core activation & stability training is a one-to-one training to help individuals with chronic spine, pelvis, hip, and or groin injuries, muscle imbalance, and/or athletes which involves progressive exercise, instruction, and education to improve overall stability, strength, and stamina.

Individuals are evaluated through multiple muscular strength and endurance test procedures to identify areas of instability, weakness, over/underuse, and myofascial injury. This program is ideal for chronically injured workers or individuals with chronic pain and joint instability and can be used as a work conditioning platform during return-to-work planning.
