Life Care Planning
Life care planning, aside from the FCE / work capacity testing that identifies the need and cost of services required to an individual that suffers from a debilitating illness or sustains a significant injury to the spine, joint, myofascial tissues, or bone which and requires a detailed cost analysis for current and future treatments, retraining, home or personal adaptive equipment.
This is a work-in-progress report utilized by the courts and designed to identify the life care plan over time. This involves a review of all file documents, including medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, social, recreational, and domestic reviews, and communication with primary caregivers, support staff, and physician’s that have made prognosis to identify time periods and future medical procedures to be carried out.
