Work Site Job Demand Analysis
A worksite job demand analysis lists and identifies all aspects of the occupational work demands of each individual job(s) completed by an employee. These are done out in the worksite, requiring 4 to 6 hours of observation and approximately 4-6 hours to complete. These are detailed reports that identify all aspects of the work including flow, repetition, duration, load, and force as well as psychocognitive and physical demands based on the National Occupation Classification descriptor work profile and include a review of the environmental conditions.
These are generally requested by legal counsel or medical professionals when there is no reliable details of the specific occupation and for the industry when an employer is looking to hire based on occupational demand and bona fide job requirements (BFOR).
